1. When can I access my unit?

You will be able to access your unit 24/7. All areas are paved and well-lit for your safety and convenience.

2. Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

You will receive a FREE lock and key for your unit to keep your possessions safe. You receive a cylinder lock which is the most secure lock in the industry at no cost to you.

3. What is a drive-up unit?

You will be able to drive your vehicle right up to your unit to load and unload as easily as possible. You will even find units that provide access for 18 wheelers for commercial shipments.

4. Do you accept credit cards?

Mars Hill Storage accepts Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks.

5. Do I need insurance for my stored goods?

6. What size units are available?

We have over 200 units available in so many sizes ranging from 5’x10’ all the way to 15’x30’ with more on the way!

7. What supplies will I need to move into my unit?

To make moving in and out easier on you, make sure you have the right materials when you move in. You’ll need packing boxes for protection of your items and also for easy stacking and moving. You will also need packing tape and a tape gun for ease of use. Lock and keys will be provided.
